  • Payment options: COD within Jordan and Visa/Mastercard online.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free delivery in Jordan.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays from couriers or customs are beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only at the time of delivery and must be handed to the courier.

 

Inside Jordan:

- COD: You pay only the delivery fee.

- Online Payment: Refunds processed within 10 business days, excluding delivery fees.

 

Outside Jordan:

- Customers pay sent and returned shipping.

- Online Payment: Refunds processed within 10 business days, excluding shipping.
